CloseLoop processes your sales-call recordings to generate transcripts and CRM-ready deal briefs.

Recordings you upload are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket and used only to produce your transcript and brief. Transcripts and briefs are stored against your account so you can review and sync them.

When you connect HubSpot, your access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. We only write to HubSpot when you approve a sync. You can disconnect at any time.
